We provide Indian Visa Service for the
residents of the following states:

Please note: Indian visas are
issued for 6 months, 5 years and 10 years. 10
year visas are availabe to US citizens only.
The maximum period of stay in India for each visit
is 6 months only, irrespective of the duration
of the validity of visa.
Please prepare and submit the following items:
- Passport -
Your current signed Passport
which must be valid for a minimum of six months
with at least two blank visa pages.
- Passport-Style
Photographs - Two identical color passport
size photographs 2”x2” on a white background
with a full front view of face.
- Proof
of Residence - a
copy of your driver's licence or a recent utility
bill. For minors a parent/guardian's
proof of residence may be submitted.
- Complete
Visa Application - Complete the online
India
Visa Application Form carefully,
print and sign it.
- Copy
of Birth Certificate - A photocopy of
the birth certificate or any government issued
document that shows parents name, date of birth
and nationality. Depending on your nationality
at birth, these are the documents that are accepted.
- US Born:
Only birth certificates are accepted for applicants
born in the US.
- Indian Born: Those
born in India can use their birth certificate,
old Indian passport or school leaving certificate.
- All Others:
Those not born in the US or India should submit
a birth certificate or any government document
from the country of origin that has parents name,
date of birth and nationality. Must be translated
into English and notarized.
- Non-US
Citizens Provide Proof of LPR- Applicants
who hold other than US passports should submit
proof of long- term (at least three years)/ permanent
residence (copy of green card) in the United
States.
- Citizens
of other countries, who do not normally
stay in U. S., a reference has to be made to
their country of residence for which an additional
$20 fee is applicable and will involve 5 to 7
days processing time. Please submit the Clearance
form“Only applies to applicants who live
in the jurisdiction of the Indian Consulate’s
San Francisco” , if you are a visitor in USA
and a citizen of another country.
- Payment: You
may pay all the fees with one money
order payable to “GLOBAL VIP SERVICES”.
The total payment will cover: Consulate Fee(s),
Our Service Fee and Return Mail Fee.
If you wish
to pay the Indian visa fee directly to the Consulate,
you MUST provide a separate Money
Order/ Chashier's Check, payable to Travisa
Outsourcing.

NOTE:
- Minor children
of foreign nationals including those of Indian
origin also require appropriate visa to enter India.
- : Applicants
who are not citizens/residents of the USA and hold
a tourist or other short-term visa for the USA
should normally apply for Indian visas in the country
of their permanent residence. In case of emergency
or special circumstance, an application could be
made at the Indian Embassy in Washington DC or
Consulates General of India in the USA. In addition
to the relevant visa fee there is a reference fee
of $20.00 for reference to be made to the country
of their original residence. The processing time
in such cases is usually 5-7 working days. (Non
US Citizens - Short Term Visa Holders Only)
- There are special application forms, other requirements
and fees for certain non US nationals and non US
Green card holders, please contact

- Visas are valid from the date of Issue for the
period applied for by the applicant. It is the responsibility
of the applicant to apply in time and maintain validity.
