Saudi Arabia Temporary Work Visa

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Passport (original) – Your current valid signed Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond your intended stay and at least two blank visa pages (side by side). The amendment pages are not acceptable.
  2. Complete Visa Application – Complete the application carefully, answer all questions fully and review before printing it. When Completed print your application, sign and date it.  No manual changes are allowed on the application.  If you have to make any corrections/addition, you must do a new application. Email us and we can send you instructions on how to complete your visa application.
  3. Copy of Valid Identification 
    • Address on your driver’s license must match the address on your application.
    • If the address on your driver’s license does not match your residence, you may include a copy of a major utility bill (water, power, or sewage).
  4. Copy of Flight Itinerary 
    • If you have a copy of your flight itinerary or ticket, please include it.
    • If you do not have a travel itinerary or a ticket, it’s okay.
  5. Confirmation Letter – You must include a letter with the number and date of the Temporary Work Visa Confirmation issued by the Ministry of External Affairs.
  6. Temporary Work Contract – You must include a copy of your temporary work contract with the host company in Saudi Arabia.
  7. Original & Copy of Application
    • One original Saudi Arabia visa application per applicant properly completed and signed, plus one copy.
    • Improperly completed Saudi Visa Application forms may delay the processing of your Saudi Arabian visa.
  8. Registered Enjazit – If you do not have an Enjazit Application. Please call us. 
  9. Photographs – Two color passport size photographs, 2”x  2”, on a white background, full face and no shadows. Snapshots, machine, home or computer photographs are not acceptable.
  10. Payment – You may pay all the fees with one cashier’s check/ money order payable to Global VIP Services. The total payment will cover: Consular fee, Service fee and Return FedEx shipping fee.

     

    • Consular Fees –  Government fee is $228. Enjazit (if applicable) is $145.

  11. Order Form – Complete and sign Global VIP Services Order Form, and send it to us  together with all the above mentioned items via overnight FedEx to our FedEx address given in our Order From.
