INSTRUCTIONS:
- Passport – Your current signed passport, with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond your intended stay and at least two blank visa page.
- Nigeria Visa Application – Follow the step by step online instructions. Your application must be submitted online and the appropriate Consular fee paid for by credit card online. When confirmed, Please print a copy of your “Visa Acknowledgment Slip” and “Visa Payment Slip”.
- Nigeria Supplemental Application – Complete the Supplemental Application and make sure it is dated and signed with an original signature.
- Photograph – 2 color passport size photograph 2” x 2”, on a white background, full face and no shadows. Snapshots, machine, home or computer generated photographs are not acceptable.
- Letter of Invitation: This letter must be from a company/host in Nigeria, inviting and stating where you are staying and must write these exact words “accepting full immigration responsibility”.
- Please provide a copy of the inviters passport information page.
- Original Business Letter – An employment appointment letter must contains salary information. The salary must be a handsome amount.
- Bank Statement – Please provide copy of the Bank statement, proof of funds available for your trip.
- Proof of Departure – A copy of your confirmed round trip ticket, issued by the travel agents or the airline to and from Tanzania.
