INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Passport (original) – Your current valid signed Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond your intended stay and at least two blank visa pages (side by side). The amendment pages are not acceptable.
  2. Complete Visa Application – Complete the application carefully, answer all questions fully and review before printing it. 
  3. Complete VFS Global Payment – Complete VFS after completing your application.
  4. Copy of Flight Itinerary 
    • If you have a copy of your flight itinerary or ticket, please include it.
    • If you do not have a travel itinerary or a ticket, it’s okay.
  5. Biometrics
    • Biometrics are taken after completing the online application.
    • Please choose the closest location from your house, make sure take your complete application and passport when you go for taking the Biometrics.
    • Please bring your stamped Biometric Document.
  6. Employment Letter- This must be an original letter from your employer stating that you are allowed vacation time and that you will be employed upon your return to the US.
  7. Bank Statement – You must provide your most recent three months of bank statements to prove that you have enough funds to support yourself while in the UK.
  8. Proof of Planned Marriage – You must submit documents showing proof of your planned marriage.
  9. Hotel Confirmation – You must provide your hotel confirmation. If you are staying with a relative or friend you need to provide a letter from them inviting you to stay with them, make sure they write their full name, address, phone number and stating the duration of stay. They will also need to include a copy of the information page of their passport and proof of status in the UK.
  10. Photographs – Two color passport size photographs, 2”x2”, on a white background, full face and no shadows. Snapshots, machine, home or computer photographs are not acceptable.
  11. Payment – You may pay all the fees with one cashier’s check/ money order payable to Global VIP Services. The total payment will cover: Consular fee, Service fee and Return FedEx shipping fee.

  12. Order Form – Complete and sign Global VIP Services Order Form, and send it to us  together with all the above mentioned items via overnight FedEx to our FedEx address given in our Order From.
