INSTRUCTIONS:

Passport (original) – Your current valid signed Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond your intended stay and at least two blank visa pages (side by side). The amendment pages are not acceptable.
Complete Visa Application – Complete the application carefully, answer all questions fully and review before printing it.
Complete VFS Global Payment – Complete VFS after completing your application.
Copy of Flight Itinerary
- If you have a copy of your flight itinerary or ticket, please include it.
- If you do not have a travel itinerary or a ticket, it’s okay.
Information – The official work permit granted by your employer, at least eight weeks before you begin work, stating that you intend to leave the UK upon completion of the job.
College Transcripts – Evidence that you have the necessary qualifications and experience to execute the job that you have been issued a work permit.
Biometrics
- Biometrics are taken after completing the online application.
- Please choose the closest location from your house, make sure take your complete application and passport when you go for taking the Biometrics.
- Please bring your stamped Biometric Document.
Bank Statement – You must provide your most recent three months of bank statements to prove that you have enough funds to support yourself while in the UK.
Photographs – Two color passport size photographs, 2”x2”, on a white background, full face and no shadows. Snapshots, machine, home or computer photographs are not acceptable.
Payment – You may pay all the fees with one cashier’s check/ money order payable to Global VIP Services. The total payment will cover: Consular fee, Service fee and Return FedEx shipping fee.
